Responsibilities:

• Provide best-in-class IT services to Think Connected’s customers.
• Maintain excellent customer service to all customers in all situations.
• Demonstrate initiative and maintain a high degree of professional conduct at all times.
• Seek opportunities to improve knowledge, skills, and performance.
• Assist with monitoring and tracking of service tickets to ensure that resolution occurs within the customer’s scope of services.
• Manage and assist in the maintenance or repair of appropriate technologies and peripherals to ensure availability and good working condition of all equipment.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of customer’s specific business environment.
• Provide input to and/or develop departmental procedures and incident reports.
• Willingness to occasionally travel.

Required Qualifications:

• College Degree
• 2+ years of IT experience
• Experience in IT consulting/services

• Helpdesk or IT Services experience
• Microsoft operating systems (Windows 2008 and Small Business Server)
• Microsoft Exchange and Sharepoint Services
• Linux familiarity
• Networks and networking
• Computer and peripheral hardware
• Network client services
• Print Services
• Good oral and written communication
• Good administrative and organizational skills
• Solid desktop support skills
• Solid Windows System Administrator
• Ability to demonstrate consistent follow-through on assigned tasks
